any individual treatment.
• 48 hour notice required on package or
group bookings.
• Same day bookings are considered
confirmed: no-show is charged 50% of the
treatments booked.
Gift certificates cannot be substituted.
No cash value on gift certificate balance, any remaining balance will
be put on clients account.
